Found a file that opens wrong, exports wrong, or will not open at all? That is the most valuable bug report this tool can get. Describe what you did and what you expected; if the file is not confidential, attach a trimmed copy that still shows the problem.

Report a problem
There is no server behind xliff.ai, so nothing is uploaded here. This builds a message you send yourself, and you can read and edit every character of it first.
It collects the build, your browser, the file format and encoding, how many segments there are and how many are confirmed, whether a memory is loaded and how large, what the browser's last save did, and whether this browser has the folder API.
It never collects your file: no source or target text, no folder path, no memory content and no API key. The filename is left out too — a name like Acme_Q3_pricing_DE.sdlxliff already names a client and a deal.
This is the whole message, and nothing is added to it afterwards. Edit it, or delete anything you would rather keep.
This report is too long to prefill reliably — some mail apps cut the message short. Copy it and paste it into a message to xliff@terratra.com.
